Operator And Scope

NextMove Studio is currently operated by Jimmy Leung in Hong Kong. These terms will be updated if a company becomes the legal service operator.

NextMove Studio provides career positioning, targeted CV and cover-letter drafting, LinkedIn profile writing, and interview preparation. The current service does not include job-board searching, job matching, job placement, application submission, employer outreach, or recruitment representation.

Career Workspace

The Career Workspace drafts documents from the Career Profile and target-role requirements you provide. You must ensure that your source information is accurate, that you have the right to use it, and that every generated document is reviewed and corrected before it is sent to an employer.

Resume and job-post imports are convenience tools that create editable drafts from untrusted source material. They may omit, misclassify, or misread information and do not save a Career Profile or target role automatically. You remain responsible for checking every imported field before confirmation.

The service is designed to avoid unsupported claims, but automated controls cannot guarantee that every sentence is complete, accurate, suitable, or accepted by a particular applicant-tracking system. Do not submit invented metrics, qualifications, employment history, or other misleading statements.

Browser-session drafts are not a backup. Unsaved drafts may disappear when a tab closes, browser storage is cleared or blocked, a device fails, or a draft no longer matches the current saved revision. Save confirmed information to the Career Workspace and keep your own copy of important documents.

The application funnel, structured outcomes, and Next Best Action reflect information recorded in your account. They are organisational aids only, do not predict hiring success, and do not establish why an employer responded or made a decision.

Your Content And Generated Drafts

You retain ownership of the source material you submit and grant NextMove Studio a limited permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. We may use it for product research or improvement only where the Privacy Notice and your separate consent choices permit.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use the generated documents delivered to your account for your own career search. AI-generated drafts may not be unique, may resemble material generated for others, and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection in every jurisdiction.

You must review each generated document, remove unsupported claims, correct mistakes, and decide whether it is suitable before using or submitting it. NextMove Studio does not submit documents or applications to employers on your behalf.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, salary increases, visa outcomes, employer responses, or hiring decisions.

Payment

NextMove Studio may offer free or pilot functionality with stated usage limits. A paid service requires successful payment and any required intake information before the paid work, entitlement, or deliverable begins. The checkout page or written order confirmation identifies the applicable price, scope, and currency.

Revisions

Listed prices cover the listed deliverables only. Revisions are not included unless the checkout or a written order confirmation says otherwise before purchase.

AI Interview Services

AI Interview and Voice Simulation services are practice-only interview preparation services. They are provided for preparation, reflection, and skill development before interviews only.

The service does not provide legal advice, employment advice, recruitment decisions, background verification, or any guarantee of interview performance, job offer, compensation outcome, or hiring success.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or not aligned with any particular employer's actual hiring criteria. Clients remain responsible for how they interpret and use any output.

Clients must not use the service during any live interview, proctored assessment, examination, employer-restricted process, or any situation where external assistance is prohibited.

Clients must not upload or submit content they do not have the right to disclose, including confidential employer information, third-party personal data without authority, or materials subject to contractual or legal restrictions.

Where recruiter-reviewed feedback is offered, reviewer comments are subjective professional observations only and do not constitute guarantees or official employer assessments.

Refunds

You may request a refund before processing begins. If you purchase the wrong package before work begins, you may instead request a transfer of the amount to another available service.

If the automated service fails to deliver a usable report, we will offer a free rerun or a refund for the affected automated service. A report is not unusable merely because you disagree with an assessment or do not obtain a preferred hiring outcome.

Please report a quality problem within seven days after delivery and include enough information for us to investigate. This time limit does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

AI Limitations

AI-generated questions, transcripts, scores, and feedback are preparation aids. They are not recruitment, employment, legal, medical, or financial advice; they do not represent an employer; and they are not a hiring decision or guarantee.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any refund, privacy, consumer, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in your jurisdiction.
